The 10 Key Steps to Opening Your Store

1: Schedule a Virtual (online) Discovery Day
The first step is to schedule a phone appointment with an online presentation (web-cast) to learn more about us and see the tools and resources that we provide to help you successfully run and operate your Apricot Lane store.  You’ll have a chance to get your questions answered in a no pressure informative session.
It’s simple!  Just call and ask to schedule an online Discovery Day at 1-800-425-8883 x106 Pacific Standard Time or shoot us an email with a convenient date and time to call you back to schedule your online Discovery Day.

2: Make out Application
After the Virtual Discovery Day tour we need to know a bit more about you.  Your next step is to submit an application, which we will email to you after the Discovery Day on Line
presentation.

3: Meet Us
Now it’s time to meet one another!  We can either come to visit you and preview your marketplace or you can elect to come visit our Corporate Headquarters in beautiful Vacaville, CA.  During this meeting, we will also give you our Franchise Offering Circular.

4: Award the Franchise and Sign Agreement
After our meeting, we will let you know if you qualify to be a franchisee and if your ready to move forward, we execute a franchise agreement and get working on finding a suitable location.

5: Site Selection
Begin the site selection process.  We will recommend a site and leasing specialist that has relationships with many developers across the country and is an expert at negotiating leases for you. 

6: Home Training
Begin Home Training.  This Pre-Opening Training includes reading our manuals, conducting exercises and submitting exams back to us followed by the scheduling of training at our corporate headquarters.

7: Corporate Training
Because much is accomplished during Home Training, you attend Corporate Training for only 3-4 days.  Here we further prepare you for store opening and ongoing operations.

8: Design & Build Out
Execute the lease and work cooperatively with Country Visions’ staff on store design and build-out.

9: Merchandising
Receive and price merchandise ordered for you by Country Visions.

10: OPEN YOUR DOORS FOR BUSINESS!
